We love, love, love seeing action
at 2485 Mountain Spirit Court.
Today was no exception . . .
The workers gave been working
hard getting our stem wall ready
to pour.
In colder climates, homes have stem walls
and crawlspaces and are insulated in
between to keep the house floor
warmer during the winter months
and cooler during the summer months.
There were FOUR of these
babies up there today pouring
cement . . . Gotta love it!
The garages will have regular slab
concrete floors . . . They will be next!
