Building Essentials.

Step One: When you find yourself in the
midst of a construction project. A porta potty
is an investment that you will not want to
be without . . . that is if you still want
friendly neighbors when the project
is complete.
Step Two: Building involves wood . . .
lots and lots of wood. You will either
need to own a tree farm or be prepared
to bite the bullet and purchase tons
of this stuff from lumberyards.
Step Three: Heavy machinery is always
involved, much to the delight of boys of
ALL ages. What is it about tractors and
dump trucks that mesmerizes these
creatures for HOURS on end?
Step Four: There will be holes and
trenches. Wouldn't you think a cutting
a simple hole in the ground would
be cheap?
Step Five: Building involves patience.
I walked through model homes that were
move-in ready. Somehow, though, they
were just not "us". Yep, this process
requires patience . . . but yet, I have
been endowed an overabundance of
that . . . wink! wink!
