Part of the Track 3 experience involves
making a poster containing the information
about our dissertations.
My dissertation is entitled: Changing the
Tide, Rescuing Sinking Schools: Leadership
Traits, Qualities, Characteristics, and
Strategies of Transformational Elementary
School Principals.
I am super de duper excited to
take my comps and begin my
dissertation process.
