Practice your . . .

I was thinking over the past eighteen or so years just how many times

I have said, "Please practice your . . . ". I love it when my boys

practice their musical instruments. I just makes our house feel so "homey".

Boys love to tease moms and will come up with just about

any excuse NOT to practice, including everything from the dog

ate my instrument to "don't I have to mow the lawn?"

I am now beginning to realize that I won't always have

the luxury of nagging, pleading, and begging

"someone" to "please practice your . . .".

Yep, I know how fleeting this moments are!

I will really regret the day I don't HAVE to make

someone practice!!!
